By purchasing this item and placing my board (s) and any related equipment not limited to but including boards, board bags, paddle bags, paddles, fins, leashes, clothing or any other item with the crew of the EuroTour for transport I agree to the following; 

The owner/athlete agrees and does hereby release from all liability and hold harmless EuroTour and any of its employees representing or related to the EuroTour. This liability release is for any and all liability for personal injuries including death and property losses or damage in connection with any activity or accommodation of the board transport between all the tour stops requested. The owner/athlete does hereby further agree to abide by all the rules and regulations that are presented by EuroTour.
